I don’t think there’s much you can do to find that someone, I think everything happens when it’s meant to happen. But if you would want some kind of encouragement, I would say love yourself. You’ve got to show people what you’re about, but first you need to know how amazing you are. That doesn’t mean you’re conceited now or anything, it just means you accept yourself as you are. It just means you are in a place where you are comfortable in your own skin and you’re not afraid to show it. You can be secure, sweet, cute and humble all at the same time. People like confident interesting people who have their own lives. You won’t attract someone, if you don’t show them who you are. Remember to let things be, you can’t force someone to like you, and trying to hurry things up won’t help. Let things progress at a natural pace. Sometimes you might be compatible with someone in ways that you don’t see, and sometimes that person for you might be someone you knew all along but just never saw that way.

Finding that someone takes patience, cliche I know but it’s the truth. Ever wonder why so many people complain about being in a relationship with a person they don’t like that much, because they rushed into things and now it’s hard for them to get out. Every one will hurt you in some way or another, some bigger than others, but when you find someone who is worth it, you’ll work through that. Finding someone that you will most likely have a future with shouldn’t be rushed. I’ve learned the less you worry about it, the faster things happen. Finding someone is wonderful thing and it can really change the way you perceive and go through life. So if you find it, cherish it and hold on to it. Remember, love doesn’t “just happen.” It requires commitment, like every other thing in life. Finding that someone should not be a temporary thing, but more like an investment of all your emotions and feelings. <3
