Know that we have always been given the choice of free will, so from the beginning of time we have always had a choice and the only reason why things are so bad, is because we have let them turn out to be this bad. What I believe is that suffering is just a result of free will. God grants us free will, and allows us to choose. This freedom that he grants us necessitates that he not interfere in our lives, because that would be contrary to allowing us free will. He knows that some of our choices will be bad, that some people will suffer because of it, and that allowing us to come to earth and learn is allowing us to suffer pain and anguish… but he does all this so that we will learn happiness and joy along with the grief. We can’t know joy without knowing pain. and God wants us to learn and become more than we are, more than we can be.
Does God make people suffer? No. People only suffer because the world has rolled along carelessly, letting one bad situation happen after another without thinking and they made the people subject to bad circumstances, which make people suffer. Sacrifice is the highest form of love. Without suffering there could be no sacrifice, and no meaningful expression of love. God made the earth as a temporary home for his children to give them a choice, because without a choice there is no love. God takes car of his own, if he allows suffering to happen than rest assure that those kids and such will be taken care of, he has a plan and a purpose for them. He will take care of them, he will multiply them with everything they need and more.
What you should really ask yourself anonymous is this. If God lets his children suffer, than why does he allow people to be rich? If God lets his children suffer, than why do we have a choice to help those in need? If there was no pain and suffering, than we wouldn’t appreciate anything. We need pain, heartbreak, tears, natural disasters, cause we are selfish and greedy people. You should ask yourself, why are we even still in this earth? he should destroy us all because we are not worthy of even being here. We never care, we live life so carelessly, we need to see these bad things so we can love one another. We don’t even thank him when things are going good, we don’t even love life when we have it our way, cause it’s never good enough for us. But the moment things turn bad, we all of a sudden blame the only person who loves us enough to forgive us for not helping and not doing right. Think about it.
