Moments In Life

As we step into a new year, leaving behind our previous year, let’s leave it with no regrets. Let’s take all of our memories and laughs, and success and failures, and hopes and fears and let’s store them away. A year will be ending and with the dawn of another year, we are offered another beginning, a new beginning. The very fact that what we are about to embark on something new requires us to do our homework and to acquire all that is necessary to ensure success. I believe we need to be strong and courageous when we step into anything fresh and different you know? This year, be aware of what you say to yourself whenever you decide to do something new. Don’t hold back your feelings, make smart decisions, give back to others. Feed your mind with truths, stories and examples that will strengthen your courage and will.

Please know that every day is special. It could be the happiest day of your life, or your last. Knowing that, why not make your days count? We always rush to make others happy, but this year let’s make ourselves happy. Take the time to support yourself. You will not only feel physically better, but mentally better as well. Take the time to tell people close to you, that you love them; take the time to start that thing you always wanted to do. Take time out for you, because we have one life to live and you don’t want to miss out on it. Make 2012 about your happiness, not hers, not his, not theirs, but yours. As you embark on a new adventure this year, take that first step. It may be a tiny, haltering step, but step out you must. Because when you do, you will realize that your story and the story of others are all the same in the end, we are all just trying to find a way. <3
